1. Terms

By purchasing any product or service on PropertyAsiaDirect, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website or using any of our product or service. The materials contained in this website, product and/or service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials provided by PropertyAsiaDirect for personal use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials; for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PropertyAsiaDirect’s website;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by PropertyAsiaDirect at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Leads

All the leads are UNFILTERED, i.e. anybody who registers his/her interest will be forwarded directly to you. This also means that in some cases, the leads may not be responsive, or be genuinely interested, or may be a competitor agent, etc. This is unavoidable for ANY marketing channel – whether online or offline. We count all leads towards the lead guarantee, EXCEPT invalid leads.

Invalid leads do NOT count towards your lead tally. Currently only these 3 types of leads are considered invalid:

i) Invalid/not-in-use number (invalid number/not-in-use tone)
ii) Wrong number (person on the line does not bear the same name)
iii) Competitor agent’s number (based on CEA register)

Leads that are not responsive, no longer keen for any reason, not eligible to buy, not enough money to buy, etc. – these do NOT fall under invalid leads. If you get an invalid lead, simply report to us within 48 hours of getting the lead and it will NOT count towards the lead guarantee.

If we do not manage to hit the minimum number of leads promised, if applicable, we will refund you a prorated amount of the subscription fee you paid. For example, if the minimum number of leads is 50, but you got only 40 leads, we will refund you 20% of the total fee you paid.

4. Testimonial

By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree, when requested, to provide PropertyAsiaDirect with a video and/or written testimonial of your experiences and results.

5. Disclaimer
The materials on PropertyAsiaDirect’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. PropertyAsiaDirect makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, PropertyAsiaDirect does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event will PropertyAsiaDirect be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages or losses, arising from, but not limited to, the use of the website or from the products or services rendered. This limitation will apply regardless of whether you have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

6. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on PropertyAsiaDirect’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PropertyAsiaDirect does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. PropertyAsiaDirect may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However PropertyAsiaDirect does not make any commitment to update the materials.

7. Links

PropertyAsiaDirect has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by PropertyAsiaDirect of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

8. Modifications

PropertyAsiaDirect may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
